It also focuses on Monitoring Supply Markets, Trends and Interpreting the impact of these trends on Company Strategies, Developing Supply Options and Contingency Plans that support Company plans & supporting the Organization's need for a Diverse and Globally Competitive Supply Base

Material management & Procurement management includes the process of making Store Requisition, Store Issue, Purchase Order, Gate Entry, Inward Challan / MRN, Inspection Note, Purchase Invoice (PI) , Credit Note & their respective Masters.

We have the fool proof system in our software for Debit / Credit Note in case of Short & Excess quantity & rate difference between Purchase Order (PO) & Purchase Invoice (PI).

Rejection Processes of Goods are also fruitfully accomplished through EAZY ERP and accordingly, NG Store (Rejected Store) Goods are maintained.

All these transactions are track able at any moment and these records are maintained in their respective Reports. We have Stock Reports which help us to check the Status & Stock of each & every item. Our Reports are User Friendly & Analytical and can be Sorted, Grouped & Viewed as per the user.
